After-sales policy

Shenzhen Jialai Zhongke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for replacement, repair, and return (referred to as three guarantees) under the condition that the user abides by the product use regulations during the warranty period, due to the quality problems of the product itself. .


'Three Guarantees' Period and Scope

1. Within 7 days from the date of sale, if the product has a functional failure under normal use, the customer can choose to return the product with a valid invoice and three-guarantee certificate, please contact the merchant directly.

2. Within 15 days from the date of sale of the product, if the product has a functional failure under normal use, the customer can choose to exchange the product with a valid invoice and three-guarantee certificate, please contact the merchant directly.

3. Within 1 year from the date of sale, if the product has a functional failure under normal use, customers can choose to repair with a valid invoice and three-guarantee certificate, please contact the official after-sales service directly.


After-sales process:

1. After-sales for end users: Users can send the product back to the designated location for maintenance, but when returning the product, put a note in the package, note the product problem, and the repaired return address. All information is complete. On the premise that we promise that the fastest 24 hours, the latest 48 hours will repair the product and send it to the specified address.

2. After-sale by agents: agents can collect the products that need to be repaired and return to the designated location for maintenance on a quarterly basis, but they need to put a product list in the package when returning the products, and note clearly the number of products, the number of accessories, and the number of products. Problems, etc., as well as the repaired and returned address, and timely synchronization of logistics information with the connected sales or business, we will follow up and arrange product maintenance related matters when we receive the information.

(Note: In order to ensure that your overhauled products are processed quickly, please write down the information clearly when you send back the overhauled products, so as to avoid incomplete information, the overhauled products cannot be returned to your hands in time, delaying your use.)


The following situations are not covered under warranty:

1. Failures caused by improper use (such as: incorrect operation, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage) - The warranty service is only valid when used in accordance with the instructions for use.

2. Failure caused by illegal modification, disassembly and adjustment.

3. There is no Three Guarantees certificate and valid invoice, and it cannot be proved within the validity period of the Three Guarantees.

4. The specifications and models do not match the invoice.

5. After the failure, the damage is not maintained.

6. Failures caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters.

7. The accessories that come with the product do not enjoy warranty service.
